Breaking the Strongholds of Fear & Hiding
They told you to keep the peace. Nobody mentioned it would cost you yourself.
Here’s everything we work through in sixteen weeks: the map, the lies we take apart, and the woman you walk out as.

Before you scroll
One camp hands you a verse and tells you to stay put and be sweeter. The other hands you a checklist and tells you to get out. Both are making your decision for you. This group doesn’t. You can’t make a wise decision about anything from a self you can’t find, so that’s where we start.
Staying isn't the win. Leaving isn't the win. Getting yourself back is the win.
The map

Inside each movement
The lie we take apart, the work we do, and what you walk away with
Movement 1 · Weeks 1–4 · Naming
Coming Home to Yourself
What you've been told
“Focus on fixing the marriage. Your feelings can wait.”
What's true
You can’t fix anything from a self you can’t find. So we start with you, not him.
What we work through
Naming where you actually are Turning the lens from his behavior to your soul Who God made you to be Guarding your heart without guilt Being seen without hiding How fear quietly scripted your life Fear as information, not a verdict
→You walk away with words for what happened, and the first real sense that the woman you were is still in there.
Movement 2 · Weeks 5–8 · Naming
Breaking Open What's Been Buried
What you've been told
“A godly woman doesn’t get angry.”
What's true
Anger is grief wearing a harder face. Buried, it runs your life. Named, it tells you what matters.
What we work through
Righteous anger vs. crippling anger The grief you never had permission to feel Telling grief from harm The ache of being deeply unknown Fawning that got praised as servanthood People-pleasing mistaken for devotion Gathering what’s left to build with
→What’s buried stops running your life, and you find you have something beautiful to bring to the world.
Movement 3 · Weeks 9–12 · Training
Building on What Remains
What you've been told
“If you’ve really forgiven him, you’ll trust him again.”
What's true
Forgiveness is yours to give. Reconciliation is his to earn. Those are two different things.
What we work through
Forgiveness vs. reconciliation Forgiveness as reclaiming yourself Releasing the “should haves” Shame vs. ownership Meeting the God who sees you Living as a life-giver Guardrails, not walls Boundaries inside your own head
→Guardrails rooted in who you actually are, not rules somebody else handed you.
Movement 4 · Weeks 13–16 · Creating
Stepping Into the Long Game
What you've been told
“Setting boundaries is just you being controlling.”
What's true
A boundary changes what you do, not what he does. And guilt is a feeling, not evidence.
What we work through
Boundaries with real people Who gets close, and on what terms Holding steady when you’re called the problem Triggers as training Resilience as a practice, not a personality Claiming your voice Living the long game
→A woman who knows her worth, trusts her gut, and brings her light into whatever room she walks into next.
Every single week
What keeps the work alive between sessions
2-hour live session on Zoom
Emotional Check-in to open every group

Session recordings if life happens
Also comes up in the room
The things nobody at church knows what to do with
Your story doesn’t fit a syllabus, and it doesn’t have to. These come up, and they get room.
Betrayal trauma Post-abortion grief & processing Co-parenting with a difficult partner Mothering in the middle of the storm Trauma responses in your body Rebuilding after separation or divorce Financial recovery & independence Dating again, with discernment Silencing the inner critic Releasing perfectionism & performance Learning to receive care Rediscovering joy, play & creativity Faith that got used against you
Find your room
You shouldn't have to translate your life for the group.
Same sixteen weeks, three cohorts. Each one is built around the season you’re actually in, so the woman across the screen already gets it.
“Is it really that bad?”
Totally Confused
You’re just waking up and don’t have words for it yet. You’re not confused because you can’t think clearly. You’ve been living inside a system built to disorient you.
“If it were that bad, you’d have left.”
Trying to Stay Well Where You Are
You haven’t left, and you may not. We’re not here to talk you into staying or out the door. We’re here so you stop disappearing.
“Just get through it. You can fall apart later.”
Separating or Divorcing
Later never comes. You need footing now, not when the paperwork clears.

Stop living lost. Start living found.
Sixteen weeks. Eight women who get it. And you, walking out knowing who you are, what you’re worth, and how to live it, whatever your marriage does or doesn’t do.
