Meet Dr. Christine
Dr. Christine Chin-Sim, PhD
Dr. Christine approaches her work as a relationship and life coach with a Christ-centered perspective and grounded in proven psychological techniques. She sees herself as both a friend and a guide, walking alongside you as you navigate the complex and sometimes overwhelming challenges life and relationships can bring.
She has a natural ability to gently uncover the hidden and, at times, uncomfortable subconscious patterns that have shaped your thoughts and behaviors for years. These patterns often lead to ineffective ways of coping, which can cause deep emotional pain.
One of her greatest joys is seeing the moment of recognition in her clients’ eyes—when they realize their usual reactions to old hurts have shifted. Instead of feeling controlled by their circumstances, they now respond with confidence and clarity, taking back control over their lives and relationships.

mission statement
Dr. Christine empowers individuals, couples, and families to break free from toxic patterns by healing subconscious attachment wounds, using science-backed tools and, for those open to it, a Christian perspective to cultivate secure, authentic, and purposeful relationships.
approach
Over the years, Dr. Christine has discovered that, at the core of most challenges her clients face, lies their early attachment to primary caregivers. These formative experiences shape deeply ingrained subconscious beliefs, which, in turn, influence how they react to triggers in their relationships. By addressing these subconscious patterns, healing becomes possible. Her goal is to help clients replace these lifelong, reactive behaviors with healthier, more secure ways of relating.
Attachment Theory forms the foundation of her work. Using science-backed tools and subconscious reprogramming techniques, she helps clients create lasting change; whether they’re navigating their own attachment styles or supporting a loved one. For those open to it, she also integrates a Christian perspective, drawing on spiritual principles and promises that brings immense value to living a life of purpose, authenticity, and faith in God.
She works with individuals, couples, families, and professionals who are ready to break free from toxic patterns and embrace a healthier, happier, and more purposeful life. Together with her clients, she works toward healing past traumas, helping her clients to emerge into secure attachments, and living their lives that reflect authenticity, wholeness, and joy.
Education & Experience
Dr. Christine earned her doctoral degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in 2016. During her training, she completed a year-long internship with Jewish Family Services, where she supported single mothers navigating unique challenges. She also worked for over a year at Broward Hospital’s Behavioral Health Center, focusing on patients dealing with mental health issues.
In 2017, she launched her own Coaching & Consulting practice, offering online services to help clients overcome life and relationship challenges. While her doctoral education gave her a strong foundation in the theory and practice of this work, it’s her personal experiences that truly set her apart. Having faced and overcome difficult, dysfunctional relationships, infidelity, and the emotional struggles of a painful divorce, she emerged stronger and more resilient—and now brings that wisdom and empathy to her clients.
