After many requests from members of my Identity Recovery and Encore Groups, we have created another point of connection and growth for you as a continuation of your journey of healing from emotional abuse.
You have all graduated through the same foundational elements of healing, and our hope is that this will provide a sacred forum for encouragement, inspiration, and an even greater capacity to spread your wings and fly.
Our goal will be to continue helping you lift up your eyes to Whom your help comes from, as you strive to show up steadfastly and well, no matter what life is currently throwing at you.
What you get....
- Connect in a private forum with other members.
The forum is a private, hidden Facebook group — a place to congregate in safety and privacy. My hope is that you will continue to connect deeply with each other. - Continued Teaching and Support
We will be posting thought-provoking journaling prompts, inspiring memes, and helpful resources. We encourage you to do the same, and to interact with each other as a powerful means of using your own stories to help inspire each other. - Weekly Group Sessions
We will strive to provide an hour Zoom meeting each week and will rotate the day and time to help accommodate for everyone’s schedules. Dates and times will be posted in the Facebook group as they’re scheduled.
These meetings will offer a chance to be “live” with each other, and the format will be an open discussion and Q&A. We hope to see you there!
